How to spot a fake online dating
In many ways I’m writing this for men as I believe scams with beautiful women are aimed more at them (for obvious reasons).
That said, this should be helpful to anyone as there are multiple reasons people put up fake photos, not just for scams.
The twisted logic behind this is usually that they feel they can come across such a nice person when you meet that you will somehow forgive them for looking absolutely nothing like the photos.
Seeking Arrangement and TC Logi Q, a background-screening company, reviewed 60,000 banned profiles to see what they have in common and found 28% were based in Nigeria, 23% in the Ukraine, and 21% in the Philippines.
We’re not saying every online dater from Nigeria, the Ukraine, the Philippines, or any other foreign country is a scammer, but you should keep an eye out, especially if international dating isn’t what you’re looking for.
So, how can singles wade through the muck and find true love?
It’s not as simple as some online dating services claim it is.While my example is trivial as I’m using a super model that many would recognize on first glance, the steps are still helpful in less obvious situations. Search for the Image on Google Go to and click the Images link at the top.
